Warehouse and Logistics Lead

About the role

Lead a high‑performing warehouse and logistics service in Toowoomba, ensuring critical supplies reach the right place at the right time for a large regional health network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and logistics operations that maintain supply reliability, service efficiency and customer confidence.
• Coordinate resources, deliveries and priorities to ensure timely access to critical products across multiple sites.
• Support and mentor team members to build capability, safety and a positive workplace culture.
• Drive practical improvements that strengthen inventory accuracy, service performance and operational resilience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics, transport or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to build capability and coordinate priorities.
• Well‑developed communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Experience in healthcare supply‑chain environments or relevant qualifications is a plus.
