VM Digital Coordinator (Part‑time, Fixed‑term)

About the role

As a VM Digital Coordinator you will help MECCA bring its promotional campaigns to life across the retail network through strategic digital planning, creative coordination and operational excellence. Working part‑time on a fixed‑term basis, you will collaborate with Marketing, Design, Content and Visual Merchandising teams to shape the digital customer experience in stores.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Digital Promotional Calendar across all retail locations.
• Develop and execute digital content roll‑outs for campaigns, activations and new store openings.
• Create and maintain briefs, critical paths and workflows to support cross‑functional campaign delivery.
• Upload, schedule, maintain and optimise digital assets using CMS platforms.
• Provide stores with Digital VM support and operational assistance during campaign launches and peak trade periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating digital content, campaign execution or visual‑merchandising activities across multiple touchpoints.
• Strong understanding of digital workflows, critical paths and cross‑functional briefing processes.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms for uploading and maintaining digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a general understanding of After Effects and Media Encoder.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment is highly desirable.
