VIP Food & Beverage Attendant – Pearl Room

About the role

Crown Resorts is recruiting VIP Food & Beverage Attendants for its Pearl Room in Perth, an exclusive front-of-house environment where personalised service and attention to detail are central. The role covers Waitperson and Busperson positions, delivering polished table service and supporting a seamless VIP guest experience. Positions are available from Part-Time 2 (20-48 hours per fortnight) through to Part-Time 4 (76 hours per fortnight).

Required profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, restaurants, bars, premium and VIP hospitality or a similar guest-facing environment.
• A passion for providing exceptional, personalised guest service.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge; bar, wine, spirits or cocktail knowledge is highly regarded.
• A polished, professional and approachable manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and work confidently in a busy, high-service environment.
• Attention to detail and presentation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
