Videographer & Studio Manager

About the role

A single full-time, onsite professional is needed to manage the studio operations, video production and IT systems. The role is hands-on and covers all technical support, as well as owning the studio and content production setup. It suits someone who enjoys solving IT issues while working behind the camera and managing a creative space.

Key responsibilities

• IT support: provide day-to-day support for hardware, software and network issues; set up and maintain laptops, desktops and office equipment; troubleshoot quickly with minimal downtime; manage user access, tools and system configurations; maintain IT inventory.
• Videography and content: shoot and edit marketing videos, internal content and podcasts; operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment; handle post-production editing and basic enhancements; ensure content meets quality and branding standards.
• Studio and podcast management: own and manage the studio environment and schedule; set up and run podcast and video recording sessions; keep equipment ready, functional and organised; maintain studio cleanliness and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting (hardware, software, network basics).
• Hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
• Ability to independently manage both technical and creative responsibilities.
• Self-starter who can own IT and studio operations end-to-end, and switch between technical support and creative production.
• Available for travel and flexible hours when required, and willing to support the founder and attend luxury events for content production.

Required skills

• Familiarity with audio setup and podcast production.
• Preferred: experience managing a studio or creative workspace, knowledge of live streaming or recording setups, and familiarity with marketing or content production workflows.
