Social Content Creator / Videographer

About the role

A fast-growing agency is looking for a social-first content creator who understands YouTube, TikTok, Reels, hooks, trends and attention. This is not a traditional videographer role or a slow corporate position; it is a close partnership with the founder to turn raw thoughts, opinions, lessons and behind-the-scenes moments into content that drives brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to ideate, plan, film and produce content
• Create short and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and other organic channels
• Turn raw ideas into engaging, high-retention videos, developing hooks, recurring formats and content series
• Film founder-led content that feels natural and on-brand, and capture behind-the-scenes, team and office content
• Edit with strong pacing, storytelling, captions and retention in mind
• Support client-side videography and editing when needed
• Maintain consistency and momentum across content output
• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, podcast and studio equipment, and troubleshoot basic production hardware
• Organise filming gear, storage systems, editing setups and production workflows

Required profile

• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and modern social content
• Confident filming and directing, with strong editing instincts for pacing, hooks and storytelling
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality, organised, proactive and reliable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment and with creative production workflows
• Nice to have: experience growing social channels, founder-led content, Sony cameras or drones, client-side filming, editing ads, studio or podcast setups, and basic IT or hardware troubleshooting
