Vice President of Investor Relations

About the role

This senior position leads investor relations and capital raising for a global real‑estate investment platform. You will work closely with senior investment professionals, product specialists and institutional investors across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end fund formation, coordinating legal, tax, compliance and finance teams.
• Prepare and manage investor‑facing materials such as information memoranda, private placement documents, presentations and fund updates.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to prospective and existing investors.
• Support planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, roadshows and capital‑raising initiatives.
• Monitor institutional investor landscape, market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning.
• Contribute market and investor insights to product development, fund structuring and fee design.
• Maintain investor databases, CRM systems and capital‑tracking processes.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with institutional investors and key market participants.

Required profile

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in real‑estate funds management, institutional capital raising, investor relations, investment banking or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of private‑market fund structures and fund economics.
