Veterinary Director – Lead a High‑Performing Clinic

About the role

Greencross West Gosford is seeking an experienced veterinarian to step into the Veterinary Director role. You will lead a psychologically safe, highly engaged team where clinical excellence, communication and wellbeing are prioritised.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a collaborative veterinary and nursing team, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
• Champion evidence‑based, preventative and best‑practice medicine while guiding clinical standards and workflows.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and the local community.

Required profile

• BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration in NSW.
• Significant experience in small‑animal general practice and demonstrated leadership capability.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
