Veterinary Director - Greencross Vets Warringal

About the role

Greencross Warringal is looking for an experienced veterinarian to become Vet Director and lead its next chapter. The clinic is undergoing a complete transformation, with a brand-new, purpose-built hospital expected to be completed by November. The role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, mentoring the team and delivering exceptional patient and client care.

Key responsibilities

• Shape clinical standards, team culture and patient outcomes in a newly revitalised clinic
• Mentor and support the team while delivering patient and client care
• Build strong relationships with clients, patients and the local community
• Work within the support of Greencross' veterinary leadership network and professional development programs

Required profile

• Experienced clinician with a passion for high-quality patient care
• Natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
• Commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement and clinical excellence
• Previous leadership experience is desirable
• Veterinary Science qualification from an AVBC-accredited university, or completion of NAVLE, AVE or equivalent examinations
