Venue Manager – Bar Capri

About the role

Lead the Bar Capri team in creating a vibrant, high‑energy hospitality experience for guests at Elysium Noosa Resort. You will be the face of the venue, driving service excellence from the first guest arrival to the final drink served.

Key responsibilities

• Lead from the front during service, ensuring a lively atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visitation.
• Coach, mentor and develop bartenders and floor staff, fostering a culture of genuine hospitality.
• Recruit, onboard and nurture future hospitality leaders.
• Manage labour, productivity and overall venue performance in line with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, bars or premium venues.
• Exceptional communication and people skills with a hands‑on, floor‑focused style.
