Vehicle Return Agent – Customer Service (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Vehicle Return Agent at Perth Airport, you will be the first point of contact for customers returning rental cars. You will ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient return process while maintaining the high standards of Avis Budget Group.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival at the rental location and assist with vehicle check‑in.
• Assess returned vehicles for new damage and report according to ABG procedures.
• Record fuel levels and mileage accurately using handheld devices.
• Clean and prepare vehicles to company standards for the next rental.

Required profile

• Full, valid driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a full‑time schedule, including days, weekends, and nights.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Willingness to follow procedures and company guidelines.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems for data entry.
