About the role
We are looking for a reliable Vehicle Booking‑In Officer to join a busy vehicle salvage yard in Acacia Ridge. In this entry‑level position you will photograph incoming vehicles and record their details into our system, supporting the smooth flow of inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Photograph each salvage vehicle as it arrives on site.
- Record and upload vehicle information using an iPad.
- Ensure all data is entered accurately and complies with site procedures.
- Assist with general booking‑in activities and follow safety requirements.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable standing and moving on site throughout the day.
- Positive, reliable attitude with good communication skills.
- Interest in automotive environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with tablet‑based data entry.
What we offer
- Up to $33.85 per hour.
- Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:00 pm, full‑time.
- Ongoing casual role with potential for permanent employment.
- Full training provided and immediate start.
