About the role

The Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its team across a range of casual and full‑time positions. Roles include Food & Beverage Attendant, Cleaner, Retail Assistant, Shuttle Bus Driver, Chef and Tour Guide. You will work in one of Australia’s most scenic locations, sharing the natural beauty of the Daintree and the cultural heritage of the Kuku Yalanji people with visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑presented public and work areas.
• Assist with retail sales, food preparation, and beverage service as required.
• Operate shuttle buses safely, adhering to licensing requirements.
• Provide informative tours, highlighting local culture and environment.
• Support daily operations with energy, teamwork and a commitment to safety.
