Vans Sales Consultant - Mercedes-Benz Brisbane

About the role

LSH Auto Australia, the authorised Mercedes-Benz retail group in Australia, is looking for a motivated Vans Sales Consultant to join its team at the Eagle Farm dealership in Brisbane. The role helps retail and business customers find the right vehicle while driving new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales and supporting the growth of the commercial vehicle business. It is a Monday to Friday position with no weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales targets
• Build lasting relationships with retail, business and fleet customers
• Generate new business opportunities and manage an active sales pipeline
• Guide customers from their initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Provide tailored vehicle solutions to suit customer needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads promptly
• Work closely with finance and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Required profile

• Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Fleet or business sales experience is highly regarded
• Current, valid driver's licence
