Valuer – Property and Asset Valuation

About the role

Marsh Valuation Services is expanding in Western Australia and seeks experienced Valuers to join its Perth team. You will work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects for leading organisations across WA and the Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake valuations of diverse property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets for financial reporting and insurance purposes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and coordinating travel across WA, nationally and internationally.
• Develop and adjust valuation methodologies, tools and approaches to meet client needs.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, providing expert advice and expanding the business portfolio.

Required profile

• AAPI with CPV qualification.
• Proven experience performing valuations, preferably in insurance and financial reporting.
• Project management experience and ability to travel nationally and internationally.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of valuation techniques and standards.
• Strong client relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and execute valuation strategies and methodologies.
