Experienced Valuer – Property & Asset Valuations

About the role

Marsh Valuation Services is expanding its Perth team and is looking for experienced Valuers to work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects across Western Australia and the Pacific region. You will be a key member of a dynamic valuations team, delivering property, infrastructure, plant and equipment valuations for leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply advanced valuation knowledge to a variety of property types and purposes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
• Travel intrastate, nationally and internationally for client commitments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide expert advice on valuation approaches.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the client portfolio.

Required profile

• AAPI with CPV qualification.
• Proven experience performing valuations across diverse industries.
• Experience with insurance and financial‑reporting valuations is highly regarded.
• Project‑management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
