About the role
Kinkaya is seeking an experienced doctor to join its urgent‑care team in Innaloo. The role blends General Practice and Emergency Medicine, allowing you to treat a wide range of acute presentations while refreshing your ED procedural skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and manage paediatric and adult patients with undifferentiated illness, injuries, fractures and lacerations.
- Perform on‑site procedures and use the in‑clinic x‑ray, pathology and fracture‑clinic facilities to complete care.
- Collaborate with paediatric‑trained nurses and access a paediatrician for complex cases.
- Work 8 am – 10 pm shifts with no night on‑call or overtime stints.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and outcomes as part of a small, founder‑led team.
Required profile
- Qualified medical practitioner with experience in both General Practice and Emergency Department settings.
- Comfortable handling high‑acuity cases and performing routine emergency procedures.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously during shifts.
- Willingness to engage in a private‑billing, doctor‑led environment.
