UI/UX Developer – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Developer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will design coding challenges, assess model outputs, and contribute to improving AI quality through detailed analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver coding challenges for AI chatbots.
• Measure progress, evaluate logic, and assess correctness and performance of AI model outputs.
• Analyze results, identify issues, and propose improvements to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift).
• Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and clearly explain solutions.
