Trust Architect Lead Practitioner

About the role

The senior operating model and workforce transformation lead for Avanade Next, responsible for shaping how AI changes work, roles, teams and management systems across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI‑Native Models & Ways of Working domain across APAC, designing operating models, workforce structures and leadership practices that can scale.
• Advise Boards, CEOs, COOs and Chief People Officers on AI‑driven organisational change and originate transformation mandates.
• Lead target operating model, organisation design, role redesign, skills planning and management system work on major mandates.
• Partner with Trust Architects, Service Designers, Value Architects and FDEs to ensure governance, accountability and quantified benefits.
• Build operating model capability across APAC through hiring, mentoring and contributing reference models to the APAC library.

Required profile

• 10+ years in operating model, organisation design or workforce transformation in a major consulting environment.
• Experience implementing enterprise‑scale operating model change and understanding of agentic systems.
• Strong grounding in governance, accountability, decision rights and management system design.
• Credibility with CXOs such as COOs and Chief People Officers, especially in regulated settings.
