Travel Manager (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Join Flight Centre Business Travel as a Remote Travel Manager, where you will lead people‑focused travel management for small‑to‑medium enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact, shaping and delivering their complete travel programme while building strong, multi‑level relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the customer relationship for an assigned SME portfolio.
• Manage the end‑to‑end travel programme, ensuring retention, growth and profitability.
• Deliver service in line with strict Service Level Agreements and company standards.
• Collaborate with the wider travel team to meet targets and contribute to a cohesive environment.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand travel solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management.
• Positive attitude, strong communication and team‑player mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict SLAs.
• People‑oriented with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre.
