Travel Coordinator – Balcatta Support Centre

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator for its Balcatta office. The role can be either a six‑month fixed‑term or a permanent full‑time position (38 hours/week) with a rotating weekend shift every five weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Book flights and accommodation for employees and contractors travelling across the Pilbara region.
• Manage charter and commercial flight bookings using multiple travel systems.
• Provide customer service, answer travel enquiries, and handle escalations.
• Conduct compliance checks and ensure bookings follow policy.
• Support weekend site‑based travel as per roster schedule.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management, teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience booking travel, preferably via Amex and/or Inflight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Systems, Office and D365 CRM.
