Flights and Accommodation Coordinator (Rostered Shifts)

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Flights and Accommodation Coordinator on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract to support travel arrangements for employees, subcontractors and service partners. The role is based at the Head Office in Balcatta and reports to the Travel and Accommodation Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate flight bookings and room rostering for site‑based staff, handling large volumes with accuracy.
• Administer travel changes, cancellations and emergency requests promptly.
• Monitor and resolve missed‑flight or no‑show issues, implementing cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive travel records for reporting and audit purposes.
• Communicate travel updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site managers to minimise disruptions and costs.
• Lead continuous improvement of booking processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑volume travel and accommodation bookings.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with travel booking software (INX).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
