Travel Coordinator – 38h/week, Balcatta Support Centre

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to join Sodexo’s Balcatta office. This permanent full‑time role (38 hours per week) includes a rotating weekend shift every five weeks, with the weekend work completed from home.

Key responsibilities

• Book flights and accommodation for Sodexo employees and contractors travelling to various sites across the Pilbara region.
• Manage charter and commercial flight bookings, navigating multiple travel booking systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, handling calls and emails related to travel enquiries.
• Complete compliance checks prior to booking travel in line with policy requirements.
• Ensure all bookings follow established processes and scripting for accuracy.
• Communicate with peers and leaders to identify and prioritize issues.
• Support discrepancy and flight no‑show reporting and educate customers on Travel Policy guidelines.
• Support critical site‑based travel at weekends as per roster schedule.

Required skills

• Travel booking experience (e.g., Amex, Inflight).

• Experience using D365 CRM.
