Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Digital Advisory team in Melbourne. The role combines strong consulting capability with solid technical knowledge to help clients navigate complex digital challenges, make informed decisions and translate strategy into pragmatic, contemporary solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality advice, client deliverables and outcomes.
• Translate technical concepts into clear insights and recommendations for executive, business and technical audiences.
• Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops and working sessions, guiding stakeholders toward decisions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including current‑state assessments, option analysis and benchmarking.
• Coach and develop junior team members through clear direction and constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and open to new ideas.
• Strong commercial awareness of how technology decisions influence organisational value, risk and cost.
• Demonstrated consulting experience across diverse organisations and industries.
