About the role
John Deere is seeking a passionate Training Instructor to design, develop and deliver learning programs for dealers, customers and internal staff across Queensland, Australia. The role blends technical expertise with facilitation excellence to create engaging, outcome‑driven training experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and adapt training materials, learning activities and assessments aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver high‑quality classroom, virtual and hands‑on training sessions for technical, sales, parts and management audiences.
- Partner with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve training programs.
- Support the creation of technical, sales, parts and management training curricula.
Required profile
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex product and service information into clear learning experiences.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and subject‑matter experts.
