Training Instructor

About the role

John Deere is seeking a passionate Training Instructor to design, develop and deliver learning programs for dealers, customers and internal staff. The role blends technical expertise with facilitation excellence to create engaging experiences that support business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training materials, learning activities and assessments aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging classroom, virtual and practical training sessions for technical, sales, parts and management topics.
• Ensure learning content remains accurate, relevant and up‑to‑date with changing business requirements.
• Establish clear learning objectives and desired outcomes for each session.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to continuously improve training programs.

Required profile

• Strong passion for teaching and facilitating learning.
• Demonstrated technical expertise and ability to understand product, service and professional capabilities.
• Experience in curriculum development and delivering training across multiple domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with SMEs and diverse audiences.
