Training Coordinator for Animation Studio

About the role

Netflix Animation Studios is seeking a highly organized Training Coordinator to support its global talent development initiatives. You will work closely with the Director of Production Training and Talent Development to ensure smooth delivery of training programs across all production departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the Training team and manage the studio‑wide training calendar.
• Organise onboarding, studio‑wide, and department‑specific training sessions.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external training communications.
• Create promotional assets such as digital newsletters and flyers.
• Handle training requests through a ticketing system and coordinate with Artist Managers for production‑specific needs.
• Maintain and update workshop materials, instructional content, and recorded sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Oversee training facilities, including AV hardware, software setup, and room configuration.
• Maintain training documentation on G Suite and Confluence.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in G Suite.
• Familiarity with Confluence.
