Trainee HR Coordinator

About the role

Bosch Rexroth is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Trainee HR Coordinator to join its Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role provides administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems, training coordination and general HR administration, offering practical experience alongside an experienced and supportive HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, prepare employee correspondence and maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Support recruitment, including job advertisements, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements, onboarding and inductions
• Assist with employee changes such as transfers, promotions, changes to employment conditions, offboarding and payroll-related administration
• Maintain employee information in HR systems, assist with data reporting and support HR process improvements
• Coordinate employee training, respond to routine HR enquiries and help with HR projects and initiatives

Required profile

• A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
• A qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field, either underway, recently completed or planned
• Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
• High attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A reliable, proactive approach, willing to learn, take direction and work collaboratively

Required skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
