Trainee Customer Field Technician I - Sydney

About the role

nbn is recruiting a Trainee Customer Field Technician I in Sydney through its Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program, which aims to increase the representation of women and First Nations people in its field service teams. You will work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet, earning while you learn.

Key responsibilities

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
• Learn on the job alongside experienced experts, performing inspections, maintenance, fault diagnosis and resolution, and providing service to customers
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship, paid for by nbn

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia
• An inquisitive mind, eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
• A driver's licence
• A passion for customer service and an appetite for working independently and at pace
