Trainee Business Administrator

About the role

ACCIONA, in partnership with COBRA and Endeavour Energy, is seeking a Trainee Business Administrator to support the Training Team on the Central‑West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) Transmission Project. Based in the Merotherie office, you will help ensure training activities run smoothly for a high‑capacity transmission network slated for operation by 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the Training Team.
• Liaise with training providers to coordinate onsite and online training sessions.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with worker interfaces to guarantee training outcomes are achieved.
• Support site access and competency management systems, including 3D Safety (training provided).

Required profile

• Ability to work in the Merotherie office Monday‑Friday.
• Own form of transport.
• Positive attitude and professional interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Good general computer skills.
