Trade Team Leader – Repco Broome

About the role

Repco is looking for a full-time Trade Team Leader in Broome, Western Australia. You will lead a busy trade operation and draw on your mechanical and auto parts knowledge to give front-line technical support, product advice and assistance to customers on technical and sales enquiries. The role suits someone who enjoys building customer relationships and leading from the front.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching and development
• Coordinate driver delivery schedules
• Provide technical support, product advice and customer service to Repco customers
• Receive, dispatch and put away stock; the role is hands-on and involves lifting, bending and climbing
• Work alternating weekends

Required profile

• Safety mindset and commitment to the safest work environment
• Sound computer skills
• Team player who works collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to help with deliveries from time to time
• No automotive experience needed: training is provided
