Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound travel enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver service throughout the sales journey.
• Identify customer needs, recommend tailored travel solutions and overcome objections.
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Proven travel industry sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong sales, closing and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, solutions‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
