Territory Manager – Sage

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for its Sage portfolio in Queensland. This field‑based position will cover Brisbane North, the Sunshine Coast and North Queensland, helping hospitals and healthcare facilities improve patient outcomes through infection and pressure injury prevention solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with wound care clinicians, infection prevention teams, nurse educators, procurement and other decision‑makers.
• Identify customer needs, develop new business opportunities and expand product adoption across the territory.
• Provide product knowledge, clinical support, education and guidance to become a trusted partner.
• Support product evaluations, implementations and contract outcomes, and collaborate with internal sales, marketing and clinical teams.
• Engage customers through site visits, educational sessions, presentations, meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven sales success with at least 3 years of experience exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Queensland (≈30% travel).
• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, nursing or related field (preferred).
