Telesales Coordinator – Healthcare

About the role

The Telesales Coordinator will be the first voice clients hear from Lumia Care, guiding them through important decisions about aged‑care and disability services. This fast‑paced role combines genuine care with commercial drive, helping clients transition from the Commonwealth Home Support Programme to the new Support at Home program.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries to convert CHSP clients to Support at Home.
• Nurture and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using the CRM system.
• Guide clients and families through service options with empathy and clarity.
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Meet conversion targets and contribute to team growth goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve outreach scripts, processes, and client experience.

Required profile

• Warm, confident telephone manner with clear communication.
• Ability to connect empathetically, patiently, and persuasively with people.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to meet targets.
• Experience in aged care, in‑home care, or related health settings (preferred).
• Familiarity with CHSP, Support at Home, or Home Care Packages (preferred).
• Experience in tele‑sales, customer service, or client coordination (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI tools (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
