Technology Risk and Resilience Manager

About the role

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Risk and Resilience Manager to lead privacy, business continuity and operational resilience initiatives for Australian financial services and critical infrastructure clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess risk, develop frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations such as CPS 230, DORA and the SOCI Act.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery meets quality and risk standards.
• Assess and benchmark clients' risk and resilience capabilities against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and frameworks to address client and regulatory needs.
• Provide consulting services that improve technology risk posture and operational resilience.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in client service.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in industry or consulting roles related to technology risk.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to build effective client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
