Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Implementation Consultant will act as the primary liaison between Global Payments' Sentral platform and high‑value school clients, ensuring successful deployment, adoption and ongoing support of the School Management Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver successful implementations of Sentral products and services.
• Gather requirements, configure systems, conduct user acceptance testing and provide post‑implementation support.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including data migration and integration of supplementary applications.
• Conduct discovery sessions, design tailored solutions and guide customers through onboarding, testing and go‑live.
• Develop documentation and training materials for end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical implementation or project‑management role.
• Proven consultancy experience within a vendor environment.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with accountability and obtain required background checks.

Required skills

• Experience with system configuration, data migration and integration.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Logical troubleshooting and testing skills.
