Technician – Remanufacturing (Heavy Equipment)

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and remanufacture heavy equipment components to OEM specifications.
• Use specialised precision measuring and testing equipment to assess component condition.
• Complete accurate technical reports, service documentation and quality records.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• Relevant mechanical trade qualification.
• Experience repairing, rebuilding or remanufacturing heavy mechanical components.
• Current Forklift Licence (mandatory).
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Precision measuring and testing equipment.
• Forklift operation.
• Dogging and rigging (advantageous).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
