Technical Support Representative

About the role

Join Husqvarna’s Forest & Garden Division in Tuggerah as a Technical Support Representative, providing expert assistance to dealers, end‑users and the sales team across Australia. You will help customers get the most out of industry‑leading outdoor power equipment while working in a supportive, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via phone, email and online channels, troubleshooting 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke engines, digital, battery and robotics products.
• Manage end‑user complaints, negotiate resolutions and process dealer warranty claims through the web‑based system.
• Participate in hands‑on training sessions, both in‑house and external.
• Create and update technical support documentation and identify key parts for new product releases.
• Diagnose faults and repair demonstration units, and assist with in‑house product reworks when required.

Required profile

• Experience with small engines, outdoor power equipment or similar mechanical systems.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Confident computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 2‑stroke and 4‑stroke engine technology.
• Familiarity with digital, battery and robotic mower solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Experience with Adobe or InDesign (bonus).
