Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will drive end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives within Macquarie’s Cloud Complete programme, coordinating with application owners, risk teams and technology partners to ensure high‑quality outcomes on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across a portfolio of cloud‑focused technology projects, managing dependencies and tracking progress.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, maintain delivery plans and performance metrics.
• Lead specific initiatives to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a delivery‑focused role such as Project Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
