Robert Half Sydney is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join its high‑performing Tech Practice Group. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting clients across a range of technology specialisations.

Key responsibilities

• Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the NSW market.
• Lead business development initiatives with existing and new clients.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of tech specialisation.
• Deliver end‑to‑end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
• Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
• Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of 360‑degree recruitment experience or tech/B2B/consultative sales experience.
• Strong track record in business development and relationship management.
• Consultative and strategic sales approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Integrity, resilience and growth‑oriented outlook.
• Team‑player mentality with passion for a supportive, high‑performing team environment.
