Tech Lead – DevSecOps (Node.js/TypeScript)

About the role

Blinq is looking for a Tech Lead with a DevSecOps focus to drive secure, high‑performance backend development. You will shape the security architecture, harden the cloud environment, and lead the team in delivering robust Node.js/TypeScript services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement security‑first design for the Node.js/TypeScript backend.
• Hardening of cloud infrastructure and ownership of incident detection and response.
• Lead the development and delivery of platform features while balancing security and product needs.
• Elevate the company’s security posture and compliance framework.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in DevSecOps.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior backend engineer with strong security mindset.
• Hands‑on expertise in building and operating cloud‑native services.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high‑trust environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for high‑impact work.
