About the role
As a Tech Assurance Manager you will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver innovative technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure operational quality across multiple programs.
- Drive initiatives to reduce variability and defects in business processes.
- Establish performance baselines and metrics to evaluate and improve process performance.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Cloud Enterprise Architecture
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) – intermediate proficiency
- Quality Assurance (QA) – intermediate proficiency
- Quality Management – intermediate proficiency
