About the role
Aurecon’s Program Performance team is seeking a proactive Team Support/Coordinator to keep daily operations running smoothly. This permanent position can be based in Sydney or Newcastle and offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Support the NSW Practice Leader and team with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
- Manage expenses, credit‑card reconciliations, travel arrangements, calendars, and diaries.
- Enter and maintain client relationship management (CRM) data, assist with business reporting and knowledge sharing.
- Assist with bids and proposals, track progress, and help prepare high‑quality submissions.
- Coordinate team resources, balance workloads, and ensure effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators in other regions and provide coverage for the Executive Assistant as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar support role within a professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent written communication, including preparation of procurement and technical documents.
- Experience organising domestic and international travel.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
