Grill'd, a fast-casual burger chain with 175+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for energetic Team Members for its Flinders Lane restaurant in Melbourne. The role suits people who enjoy flipping patties, chatting with guests and preparing food, and offers flexible shifts that fit around university, school or other commitments.

Required profile

• No experience needed; training is provided.
• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Good communicator who enjoys connecting with customers.
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts.
• Right to work in Australia and age 16 or older.
