Team Manager - Warehouse Operations

About the role

Toll Group's Global Logistics division is looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a high-performing warehouse team in its Truganina operation. The role suits a hands-on leader who drives safety, operational excellence and team performance, and works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees across daily operations
• Coordinate labour plans and workflows to achieve operational targets
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, cycle counts and operational reporting
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as DIFOT, productivity and operational costs
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders for exceptional service delivery

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or supply chain operations
• Strong people leadership skills focused on coaching and team development
• Experience managing operational KPIs and driving performance outcomes
• Sound understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and service delivery
• Commitment to workplace safety, compliance and continuous improvement
