Storeperson – Warehouse All-Rounder (Printing & Production Support)

About the role

HOBAN is looking for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse All-Rounder in Truganina to join the team during its busiest period of the year. This is a varied, full-time fixed-term role covering warehouse, dispatch, printing and production activities, with an immediate start through to Thursday 24 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer and retailer orders accurately against pick slips
• Label, consign and stage freight for courier and carrier collections
• Prepare stock transfers, including carton counts and paperwork
• Assist with container unloading and receiving incoming goods
• Check stock against purchase orders and put stock away in the correct locations
• Assist with cycle counts and identify damaged, missing or incorrectly labelled stock
• Replenish pick locations and assist with returns processing
• Keep warehouse, packing and dispatch areas clean, organised and safe
• Assemble retail displays and assist with simple kitting and relabelling
• Operate counterbalance forklifts
• Assist with printing and production, including operating and monitoring digital printing equipment
• Support dye sublimation, label and cardboard sheet printing, and operate and maintain cardboard cutting equipment
• Prepare, modify and organise artwork, manage printing materials and consumables, and perform quality checks
• Carry out basic routine maintenance of printing equipment, assist with production workflow and scheduling, and help create and maintain process documentation

Required profile

• Previous pick, pack and dispatch experience, preferably in a wholesale or warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail with product codes, quantities and printed materials
• Good organisational skills and ability to work to production deadlines
• Good physical fitness and ability to safely lift cartons up to 20 kg
• Willingness to learn and assist across different areas of the business

Required skills

• Current counterbalance forklift licence
• Previous experience with printing, production or operating printing equipment highly regarded
• Desirable: high-reach forklift experience, WMS or ERP experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and experience with digital printing, cutting or production equipment

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, day shift 7:30am to 3:30pm (38 hours per week)
