Team Manager – Production (Richlands, QLD)

About the role

Join the CCEP team at the Richlands manufacturing facility as a Production Team Manager. You will lead a 12‑hour rotating roster in a fast‑paced environment, driving safety, quality and productivity while developing a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Deliver production plans and meet KPIs, optimizing efficiency and resource utilisation.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with quality, food‑safety and company standards.
• Manage change initiatives, implementing new processes and systems with team engagement.
• Identify and execute continuous‑improvement projects to enhance performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues to minimise downtime and maintain flow.
• Coordinate schedules and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, production or FMCG environments.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a track record of coaching high‑performing teams.
• Safety‑first mindset and experience driving compliance and operational excellence.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, using data to inform decisions.
• Results‑driven with experience meeting production targets and KPIs.
