Team Manager, Client Success – APAC (12‑month maternity cover)

About the role

Bazaarvoice is looking for an experienced Customer Success leader to manage its APAC Client Success Strategic Team on a 12‑month maternity cover basis. You will oversee a group of senior Client Success Managers handling the company’s most strategic enterprise accounts and develop a manager who leads a team of SMB and mid‑market CSMs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate four Enterprise Client Success Managers and develop the SMB/Mid‑Market manager.
• Provide real‑time, data‑driven coaching using tools such as Gong, Gainsight and Staircase AI.
• Represent the APAC CS team in leadership forums and shape its culture during the interim period.
• Own retention, renewal and expansion targets across both enterprise and SMB portfolios.
• Ensure seamless continuity and prepare a clean handover at the end of the engagement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Customer Success or related SaaS environments.
• Executive presence with strong commercial instincts.
• Ability to develop other managers and drive team performance quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional APAC setting.
