Team Leader - Project Administration

About the role

The Team Leader - Project Administration will lead a small team responsible for mobilising personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure successful delivery of Ausco Camps projects across construction, renewables, road, rail, energy and mining sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administration of camp projects, including employee contracts, manning histograms and project reporting.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, medicals, inductions and qualifications for project staff.
• Manage vendor sourcing, document transmittals and client document submittal platforms.
• Build strong relationships with customers and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ administration experience with team supervision.
• Proven ability to plan, supervise projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Commitment to a “One Team” culture and cross‑functional engagement.
• Experience in developing reporting frameworks for stakeholder needs.
