About the role

Early Start Australia is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the new Armadale clinic. This full‑time role blends hands‑on therapy with leadership, coaching and service development, ideal for a senior OT ready to step into a team‑leader position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and day‑to‑day support to the OT team.
• Mentor, coach and supervise clinicians to enhance their performance.
• Maintain a reduced personal caseload while overseeing team workload.
• Drive service quality, foster a positive team culture and ensure best‑practice care.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on clinic growth and client outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience (highly regarded).
• Commitment to professional excellence and collaborative care.

Required skills

• Leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills in occupational therapy.
• Effective communication and coaching techniques.
