About the role

Inclusive Employment Australia is seeking an experienced Team Leader to coach, mentor and guide a high‑performing team that supports people with disability, injury or health conditions into meaningful employment. This full‑time, fixed‑term position is based in Belconnen and offers the chance to make a tangible impact on employment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a team to achieve performance and employment targets.
• Drive employment outcomes for clients and ensure service delivery meets organisational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers and community partners.
• Provide hands‑on support and guidance to team members when required.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Target‑driven, resilient and highly organised.
• Experience in employment services is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Stakeholder relationship management.
